Affiliate Program Terms

By joining the HEAR+ASK Affiliate Program, you agree to the following:

1. Commission

You earn 20% commission on subscription payments from businesses you refer, for the first 12 months of their subscription. No commission is owed after month 12, regardless of whether they remain subscribed.

2. Tracking

Referrals are tracked via your unique affiliate link, with a 90-day cookie window. We're not responsible for lost attribution due to cleared cookies, ad blockers, or similar technical issues.

3. Payment

Commissions are calculated on the amount actually collected (after refunds/failed payments) and paid monthly.

4. Not allowed

Spam or misleading promotion, referring yourself or your own businesses, fake/incentivized clicks, bidding on "HEAR+ASK" in paid ads, or false claims about our product. Violating these rules may result in forfeiting unpaid commissions and removal from the Program.

5. Disclosure

If required by law in your location, you must disclose that you earn a commission when sharing your affiliate link.

6. Changes

We may update the Program or these terms at any time. Changes apply to new referrals going forward; anything you've already earned isn't affected.

7. No guarantee

Joining the Program doesn't guarantee any specific number of referrals or earnings.

8. Independent affiliate

You participate as an independent affiliate, not as an employee or partner of HEAR+ASK.
