HEAR+ASK didn't come from a whiteboard. It came from running a clothing brand.

Every season, I faced the same expensive problem: ordering inventory without knowing what customers actually wanted. Wrong colors. Wrong sizes. Wrong styles. Pieces that sat on shelves for months. The cost wasn't just money — it was time, storage, and the mental weight of a mistake that could have been avoided with one simple question asked to the right people.

At the same time, I was managing customer issues through Instagram DMs and emails, doing my best to hear every complaint and solve every problem personally. What I noticed surprised me: the customers I took care of came back. They referred their friends. Not because I asked them to — because they felt heard.

I built two systems in my head without realizing it: one to understand what customers wanted before I spent money, and one to protect relationships when something went wrong. HEAR+ASK is those two systems, built into one platform.
